Hiring - Marketing & Support Executive
Our organization is in need of a talented marketing & support executive who will help us expand our footprint in the market and drive more value through Reliable marketing Strategies. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of sales & support that increase engagement and drive leads.
Responsibilities
-
Call people/teachers using a given phone directory/database to motivate them to conduct more / regular courses

Answer incoming calls from prospective teachers / Students
-
Reach out to leads in our admissions funnel to answer questions, excite them about the program, and expedite their application.

Clearly communicate the value of SUJOK GLOBAL to leads and evaluate if they are a good fit.

Achieves or exceeds sales targets while interacting with new and existing customers via telephone and selling Company products and services.

Demonstrates consultative sales techniques by using probing questions, clarifying needs, overcoming objections and providing solutions that fits the needs of the customer.

Offers assistance to customers for non-sales-related calls to the best of ability and seeks to transition it to a sale.

Educate students on the Sujok Global’s Courses, services and experience leveraging career opportunities and support materials as needed.

Establishes rapport and promotes relationships by providing a uniquely positive experience for each customer through personalizing sales interaction.

Consistently demonstrates professionalism and integrity with a warm and friendly demeanor to customers and teammates.

Must be able to wear a telephone headset and manipulate objects such as pen, keyboard and mouse.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices, promotional schemes, discounts etc. and present their benefits

Help teachers to create & promote their courses

Promote Sujok Global Platform and its courses on Social Media.

Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system

Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
-
Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
-
Train other telemarketers when required
-
Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff
-
Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control
-
Maintain computer, telephone and other equipment provided to them
-
Set appointments with prospective Teachers/students with upper hierarchy if needed
-
Prepare exclusive reports of the work performed.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
-
Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
-
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
-
Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills
-
Proficient in English, Hindi (Other languages +)

Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
-
Persistent and results-oriented
-
Patient and able to handle customer rejection
-
Minimum Qualifications : Commerce Graduate with marketing specialisation will be preferred
